Ways we do
Community >>>
We are a busy church! There is always something somewhere you can get involved with. Whether is is something for the kids, families, young adults, or the wiser, more mature among us, we have something for you! Find all the meetings and events that are taking place at your local congregation.
We are a praying church; a ‘house of prayer’. We love to pray with each other, asking God for help and thanking Him for His goodness in our lives. If you would like prayer for a situation or circumstance, or perhaps you would just like some guidance on how you can pray for others, then we would love to help!
Family Church Kids is the next generation of leaders. Every Sunday from kids from 0yrs months to Yr 6, are equipped with knowledge of the love of God and their identity. Family Church Kids services happen simultaneously with Family Church services.
Momentum Youth is the Yr 7 to Yr13 community of Family Church. We are committed to creating a place where young people can belong, grow, and encounter God. We meet on Friday nights and events throughout the year.
Welcome! We are Andy and Gina Elmes, the Senior Pastors of Family Church. Since the launch of our very first service in 1997, we have seen Family Church grow into the thriving multi-congregational church it is today with congregations across the south-coast, the Philippines and an online congregation. We have five incredible children; Olivia, Ethan, Gaby, Sophie and Christina and together we are passionate in our pursuit of sharing the Word of God.
As a Church we welcome people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures to join our church family. We are passionate about reaching people where they are, helping people grow into all God has called them to be, as well as empowering people to reach others and help them grow.

Hello! We are Steuart & Carla Payne, and we serve as Executive Pastors of Family Church. We work with our Congregational Pastors, senior staff and leaders in outworking the mission of the church. We are passionate about reaching our communities with the good news of Jesus, seeing people grow in their relationship with God, and empowering them to live out the purpose of God for their lives.
We have served alongside Pastors Andy & Gina since they pioneered the church, and – with our three children – we love being part of this Christian family that loves God and loves people. We celebrate all that God has done in the past and look forward to everything that God has planned for Family Church in the future.
