Waterside

We’d love to see you at one of our church services soon. We meet every Sunday at Noadswood School in Dibden Purlieu (about 8 miles south of Southampton), part of the suburb of villages on the western side of Southampton Water, known locally as the Waterside. Most of the congregation live in the Waterside locality, although some also attend from the wider New Forest District and Southampton area.

A massive welcome awaits you, your friends and your family and we have a team on hand every week to specifically serve and assist you as a first-time guest in any way they can.

If you are a family attending with children, you’ll be able to sign your children into their very own age-specified programme for a fun-filled time during the service. Each Sunday we have a time of praise and worship led by our live band followed by some relevant, practical bible-based teaching that you’ll be able to apply in your everyday life. The Great Commandments – to love God and to love people, and the Great Commission – to go and make disciples, are integral to the culture of the church and its missional agenda.

Beyond a Sunday morning, there is loads to get involved with at Family Church Waterside. We have a variety of Connect Groups running in different locations throughout the week, a range of social events always going on and so much more – you’ll never get bored in Family Church! Many of the weekday events are held at our Family Church Offices in the centre of Hythe (19A The Marsh SO45 6AJ).

So whatever your age or background – whether you’re new to the area, looking for a refreshing church experience, or simply inquisitive about the whole ‘God thing’, come pay us a visit soon – we can’t wait to meet you!
