Hi! We’re Geoff and Jane Wood, the Pastors of Family Church Gosport. We have had the privilege of being the Pastors of the Gosport congregation since 2005 when we launched the congregation from the early stages of growth to a thriving community of people in the centre of the Borough.

We are an outward-looking church reaching out to those in our community helping and supporting people with their everyday needs but also in finding God for themselves and helping them grow in their understanding of Him. We believe that the Church is the hope of every community.

We have six amazing children and nine wonderful grandchildren who are an absolute delight in every way. We love our natural family and our Church family congregation and have a desire to continue to see it grow in size and depth.

Elevate Youth

Elevate runs in Gosport three Sundays a month for those in school Yr 7 to Yr 9. The other Sundays Elevate join the adults in the service.

Each week we start out in the main service, but then leave for Ignition after the worship.

Our heart is for our young people to develop their own personal relationship with God and to know Him for themselves, believing wholeheartedly that ‘Those who KNOW their God will do great exploits.’ (Daniel 11:32)

Throughout the year we also run Encounter Nights, trips and socials. This is a great opportunity for the young people to build on their friendships within Elevate and have a LOT of fun.

Trailblazers Youth

Trailblazers runs in Gosport every Friday night for those in school Yr 7 to Yr 13.

A group of young people in school years 7-13, full of purpose and passion for God’s Kingdom. A generation that seeks God’s face to see freedom and transformation in our lives and those around us.
